The video quickly gained over 26 million views on the platform, making it one of the Doctor’s most popular on the platform since he joined.
Of course, Dr. Phil’s pleas went unheard, as people continued to bombard him with “Daddy,” such as Madison Beer, who wrote, “dad i’m so sorry.”
While it seems unlikely Dr. Phil will be able to stop the teens from calling him variations on “father,” it is amusing to think of him seeing a TikTok trend going around and thinking, “This is my opportunity to address the ‘daddy’ thing.”
